Our return policy ensures your satisfaction with your purchase. Here are the return guidelines:

Free 30-day returns are available for customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns from the EU, a $20 return shipping fee applies, while for other countries, it's $30.

The return window begins from the day of delivery/pickup.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).

Sets must be returned as a complete set; individual items cannot be returned for refund, store credit, or size exchange.

Lab Grown Diamonds must include the SCS certification.

The following items are non-returnable: engraved and monogrammed products, earrings used for piercings, gift cards, and jewelry care kits.
